Counter Notification – Restoration Request

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA claim, you have the right to submit a counter-notification under 17 USC §512(g)(3). Your written counter notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL/location where it previously appeared;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to error or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, along with a statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or any U.S. district court if you are located outside the United States).
